Odesa blogger's fiancé fired from TCC after journalistic investigation

The Navy Command dismissed Bohdan Vaskevych, a longtime employee of the territorial center for recruitment and social support in Odesa and the region, after journalists published about his millions.

This was reported by Slidstvo.info , citing a response from the Navy Command that journalists received at their request.

The command said that it had dismissed him three days after the investigation was published. In addition, the command asked the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption to conduct a full check of Bohdan Vaskevych' s declaration.

"On April 25, 2026, Captain 2nd Class Bohdan Arkadiyovych Vaskevych was dismissed from the position of an officer of the personnel organization department of the Command's personnel department and transferred to the reserve unit of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which makes it impossible for him to take part in any manning activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the Navy Command said in a response.

The journalists also learned that after his release, Bohdan Vaskevych was appointed a reserve officer in a reserve platoon of the reserve officer company of the reserve officer company of the 174th Reserve Battalion.

According to the information published by the journalists, Bohdan Vaskevych is the son of Arkadiy Vaskevych, who for many years headed the Ovidiopol Regional Military and Technical Center and the Odesa Regional Military and Technical Center. He is currently under investigation by the State Bureau of Investigation.

Back in December 2025, blogger Alina from Odesa posted photos on her Instagram page in which her lover proposes to her, hiding his face, and journalists found out from his tattoo that he was Bohdan Vaskevych, a longtime employee of the district territorial centers for recruitment and social support in Odesa and the region.
