Outpatient clinic in Izmail district to be repaired by Odesa residents for almost 8 million

The municipal enterprise of the Safianivka village council, Budivelnyk, plans to sign a contract with the only bidder, Odesa-based Concept House Invest, for the overhaul of the outpatient clinic building in the village of Ozerne, Safianivka community, Izmail district.

The contract is worth UAH 7 million 994 thousand, which is only five thousand less than the maximum possible price, reports an Intent correspondent with reference to the Prozorro public procurement website.

The contractor has until the end of 2025 to complete the repairs. The contractor will receive funds for the work in two tranches: part of the payment this year and the rest next year. The list of planned works includes the following: strengthening the foundation, leveling and reinforcing the exterior walls of the facade with metal mesh, renovating the roof, installing iron doors, installing window drains, laying linoleum flooring, installing a suspended ceiling, and finishing work, renovation of porches with the installation of ramps, repair of sewerage and water supply systems (cold and hot), installation of a heating boiler, installation of three pumps with an electric motor, installation of heating radiators, renovation of the air conditioning system and replacement of electrical wiring.

The renovated outpatient clinic building will be connected to the Internet. A fire stand will also be installed.
As a reminder, the outpatient clinic building in Ozerne village has been in disrepair for more than two years. In early 2022, cracks appeared on the building. It was planned to raise funds from the regional budget for its repair that year, but the outbreak of a full-scale war put these plans on hold.

It should be noted that the Safianivka village council already has experience of cooperation with Sergiy Antonenko's Odesa-based Concept House Invest LLC. In particular, at the end of September 2024, a contract worth UAH 1.5 million was signed with this company for the overhaul of the basement of the Kamianka Lyceum for shelter in the village of Kamianka, Izmail district.
