On August 12, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Prydniprovske, Tomyna Balka, Stanislav, Zymivnyk, Ponyativka, Antonivka, Darivka, Sadove, Muzykivka, Beryslav, Burgunka, Chervonyi Mayak, Mykhailivka, Krupytsia, Odradokamyanka, Shlyakhove, Vesele and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes in Kherson region.
This was announced by the head of the Kherson Regional Military District Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
The official said that during the shelling, the Russian occupiers hit administrative buildings; residential areas of the region's settlements, including seven high-rise buildings and 36 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline, outbuildings, private cars and an ambulance.
Over the past day, Russian occupation forces fired eight times at the settlements of the Kherson city territorial community. Damage was recorded in Kherson, Sadove, Zymivnyk and Antonivka. In particular, seven multi-storey buildings and four private houses, two administrative buildings and two civilian cars were damaged.

As a result of the Russian hostile shelling of the Kherson city territorial community over the past day, one woman was killed and 11 other people were injured of varying degrees of severity, including two children. All were provided with medical aid.
On August 12, one civilian was killed and 17 others were injured, including two children, as a result of Russian aggression in the right-bank part of Kherson region.
Earlier it was reported that on August 8, Russian troops fired 11 times at the settlements of the Kherson city territorial community. Damage was recorded in Kherson and Antonivka. In particular, 14 private houses and three high-rise buildings, four civilian cars, and three private garages were damaged. As a result of Russian hostile shelling of the Kherson city territorial community over the past day, four people sustained injuries of varying severity. All were provided with medical aid. According to Prokudin, six people were wounded in the right-bank part of Kherson region on the same day as a result of Russian aggression.
