Odesa taxman hides the cost of a new Tesla in his declaration

The acting head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Odesa region, Yuriy Gursky, and his wife, Oksana Volodymyrivna, indicated in their 2024 declaration a significant amount of property and assets, some of which were not valued in monetary terms.

This became known from the official's declaration for 2024.

In particular, Oksana Gurska, who purchased a Tesla Model Y (made in 2022) during the war, did not indicate the value of this property. The family owns several properties, including a land plot in Skole, Lviv region, several apartments and houses in Lviv, one of which is a 72.7 m² apartment purchased by Oksana Gurska in 2020.

According to the declaration, the family's income is over UAH 6 million, most of which was earned by Oksana Gurska, as well as USD 67 thousand, EUR 35 thousand, and UAH 750 thousand in cash. These funds largely belong to the official's wife.

Yurii Gurskyi declared two Mercedes-Benz cars, one of which was purchased for UAH 10 thousand and the other for UAH 190 thousand. He also did not indicate the value of his home and non-residential premises owned by his family.

Meanwhile, Serhii Biba, a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council from the banned OPFL, concealed assets in his declaration and did not explain his daughter's expenses.

During a full audit of the declaration of Oleksandr Urbanskyi, Deputy Chairman of the Odesa Regional Council, for 2023, the NACP found inaccuracies totaling 540 thousand hryvnias.

In addition, the NACP found false information in the declaration of Yurii Shumakher, who is a beneficiary of the Rostdorstroy road company and a deputy of the Odesa City Council from the Trust the Deeds faction.
