The Department of Capital Construction and Roads of the Odesa Regional State Administration has announced a tender to select a company that will be paid for the reconstruction of the building of the Sonechko preschool education institution (nursery) in Serhiivka village.
The announcement was published in the electronic procurement system Prozorro.
The auction is to take place on January 23, although given the format - open bidding with special conditions - there can be only one auction participant. The expected cost of the works is UAH 102 million 450.6 thousand.

The kindergarten was damaged as a result of a strike on the village on July 1, 2022. First, a missile hit a nine-story residential building, and the second hit a recreation center in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district. A kindergarten building was also partially destroyed.
As for the house, almost 130 million hryvnias have already been spent on repairs, and the next tender for the work in the fall of 2025 was again won by only one company without competition. In early August of the same year, the utility company "Housing and Communal Services of Serhiivka" announced a tender to restore electricity to a building damaged by a missile strike. UAH 12 million was allocated for the reconstruction of the transformer substation and networks.
In December 2024, Disk-Pivden was again selected as the contractor to restore the nine-story building after another shelling, receiving almost UAH 46 million for additional work. Then one of three X-22 missiles destroyed the first entrance, the other two were heavily damaged, and 105 out of 106 apartments were affected.
Reconstruction work began on December 1, 2023. An additional UAH 12 million was spent on repairing the electricity supply, bringing the total cost of restoring the building to close to UAH 130 million.
