The High Council of Justice has dismissed another judge from Odesa. This is Natalia Vinogradova, who worked in the Suvorov District Court.

This was reported by the HCJ.

The High Council of Justice considered the issue of dismissal of the judge from office under general circumstances. As a result of the meeting, it was decided to dismiss Natalia Vynohradova from the position of judge of the Suvorov District Court of Odesa in connection with her resignation, i.e. the judge resigned voluntarily.

Vynohradova's declaration for 2024 contains rather modest assets for a representative of the judiciary.

According to the document, the judge has the right to use an apartment in Odesa with an area of 128.6 square meters, which is owned by Lyudmyla Vynohradova. The declaration also includes a 2013 HYUNDAI IX35 car, which she has been using since 2016.

In addition, the declaration lists two children who also live in Odesa. Vynohradova did not list any valuable assets, real estate or significant cash savings.

At the end of January, the High Council of Justice accepted the resignation of Anatoliy Zaikin, a judge of the Odesa Court of Appeal.

Earlier, judge of the Fifth Administrative Court of Appeal Stepan Domuschi was dismissed. Before that, the judges elected him as the new chairman instead of Oleksandr Dzhaburia.

Prior to that, the High Council of Justice decided to dismiss the judge of the Malynovskyi District Court of Odesa, Serhiy Cherevko.

In September, a new chairman of the Bilyayivsky District Court was elected in Odesa region. It was Serhiy Dranikov. He was appointed by secret ballot to replace Olga Trushina, who had been head of the Bilyaevsky District Court since 2016.
