Odesa has selected a company that will integrate all city registers into a single system for 4 million

The Department of Information and Digital Solutions has pre-selected a company that will be paid to integrate the Unified Platform of City Digital Services with the main city registers and systems.

The relevant information is available in the Prozorro e-procurement system.

According to the system, the only participant in the procurement and, accordingly, the winner of the tender was Computer Information Technologies Limited Liability Company. The company is ready to work for UAH 4 million 512 thousand.

The company will have to set up the platform core, configuration of business processes, users and web pages, as well as develop and configure software to integrate the platform with other municipal information and communication systems, namely:

The new platform should also include processes for receiving feedback from users of the mobile application on the condition of shelters and the ability of the administrator to add a text description, and should allow for the exchange of data from the existing city system to the platform with the possibility of offline or online interaction (The platform should be able to work with data in the absence of communication with the existing GIS data of the city.

The company will also have to create a mobile application, process and transmit user requests through an integration mechanism to the web portal of citizens' appeals, and organize an integration mechanism for receiving data from the address register of Odesa to display and analyze the address register data by platform users.

All this is planned to be completed by December 26, 2024. According to the YouCjntrol service, Computer Information Technologies LLC was registered in 2007 in Kyiv. The owner is Oleksandr Yefimov.
