Odesa City Council member <b> Roman Senyk </b>has published his declaration for 2025, which includes new square meters, electric cars, and cryptocurrency.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the MP's declaration.
The declarant's family consists of his wife Oksana Senyk, as well as three children - son Ivan and daughters Sofia and Solomiya. The wife is registered in Odesa, while the children do not have an official place of registration or this information is not specified.
In his declaration, Odesa City Council deputy Roman Senyk listed a number of real estate properties, both his own and those registered to or used by his relatives.
His largest land asset is an 805-square-meter plot in the village of Oleksandrivka (Odesa region), which he purchased in 2014. He owns the land privately, while his wife has the right to use it free of charge.
Among the residential real estate is an apartment in Odesa with an area of 36.5 square meters, purchased in 2019 for UAH 714,780. It is registered in his wife's name, and the MP uses it free of charge.
Another apartment in Odesa (69.8 square meters), purchased in 2005, is jointly owned. His wife owns 25%, the rest is distributed among three other co-owners. The value of this property is not indicated in the declaration.
Separately, in 2024, the MP purchased two non-residential premises in Odesa: one with an area of 68.5 square meters for UAH 4.68 million, and another small room with an area of 3 square meters for UAH 9.6 thousand. Both properties are registered directly in his name.
The declaration also includes a 148.6-square-meter apartment in Odesa, acquired in 2025. It probably belongs to a relative, Vitaliy Senyk, and the MP himself has the right to use this property free of charge. The cost of this property was not disclosed.
The MP's declaration lists three cars. In particular, he has owned a 2012 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado since October 2, 2012, purchased for 455,961 hryvnias.
In 2025, the vehicle fleet was updated. On October 29, the declarant purchased a 2022 BMW i4 electric car worth UAH 553.4 thousand. And on November 5, he received the right to use another electric car for free - a Mercedes-Benz EQE 350 of 2024, which belongs to his wife Oksana Senyk. The cost of this car is UAH 710.1 thousand.
Intangible assets include cryptocurrencies purchased on January 27, 2025. In particular, he declared Ethereum (ETH) in the amount of 0.2852 in the amount of UAH 36 thousand 685.
In addition, the declarant owns a number of other digital assets: Solana (2.5736) worth 24 thousand 442 hryvnias, Aptos (34.3689) - 10 thousand 481 hryvnias, as well as Ondo, Wormhole and Render, each of which is valued at 10 thousand 481 hryvnias. Jupiter (312.5) worth 13,102 hryvnias and Sei (692.80071) worth 3,224 hryvnias were also announced.
Most of the crypto assets are stored through the OKX platform, while Sei tokens are stored through the Bybit exchange. In total, the value of the declared digital assets exceeds 118 thousand hryvnias.
The main source of the MP 's income in the reporting period was his salary at the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority" - UAH 268.6 thousand. In addition, he received UAH 659 in interest from PrivatBank JSC.
At the same time, a significant part of the family's income was provided by his wife. In particular, she received UAH 950 thousand from the alienation of movable property, as well as a number of social payments from the state and local budgets totaling more than UAH 42 thousand, including compensation for the "baby package".
Separately, he declared state aid under the "Winter Support" program - UAH 4 thousand each, which his wife and three children received. In total, the family's total income exceeded UAH 1.26 million.
Senyk's declaration lists both cash savings and bank accounts as monetary assets. In particular, he declared 440 thousand hryvnias in cash and 60 thousand US dollars. In addition, he has UAH 5294 in his PrivatBank account and another UAH 6,590 in his wife's account. Thus, the bulk of the family's savings is concentrated in cash, including foreign currency.
The declaration also indicates the family's financial obligations. In particular, in 2019, the declarant's wife received a loan of UAH 2 million from Alla Bessarab. As of the end of the reporting period, the amount of debt remained unchanged - no payments of principal or interest were made during the year.
