Information on real estate and transportation has not changed in 2025: Vadym Shkarovskyi still used the same 72.9-square-meter apartment in Odesa owned by his wife. He also owns a parking space in Odesa and two fisherman's houses in the village of Tairove with an area of 55.5 and 54.6 square meters. His wife, on the other hand, owns land in the village of Krasnosilka, 860 square meters.
