Odesa City Council Awards ₴7.7M Land Management Contract to Land Cadastral Bureau

The Department of Land Resources of Odesa City Council has conducted a procurement to select a company to develop technical documentation on land management for the inventory of municipal land in Odesa.

The relevant information is available in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement is divided into two lots, and the first one concerns the land of Peresypskyi district with a total estimated area of 85.3 hectares within:

• Baltska Road, Volova Square, 1st Flotsky and Volodymyr Tereshchenko lanes, Flotska Street, Yuriy Aseyev Lane and the territory of filtration fields;
• Baltska Road, Borys Kyforenko and Oleksandr Presych Lane, and Volova Square;
• Baltska Road, the territory of the filtration fields and Viktor Dikhtievskyi Lane;
• Vikander and Larsen Streets, Bondarna Street and Zhevakhova Hill;
• Luzanivska Street, Mykolaivska Road, 1st Luzanivskyi Lane and the railway line;
• 7th Peresypska, 2nd Peresypska, 5th Peresypska and 3rd Peresypska streets;
• 1st Pershotravnevyi Lane, Mykolaivska Road and the railway line;
• Ataman Chepiga Street and the railway tracks;
• Tserkovna, Shchogolev and Koshelevska streets.

The second lot concerned the territory with an approximate area of 98.2 hectares in the Khadzhibeyskyi district of the city within the boundaries of:

• Motorna, Traktorna streets and railway tracks;
• Motornaya Street, 3rd Motorny Lane and 2nd Motorny Lane;
• Dalnytske highway, Putivna, Oblipykhova streets and the railway track;
• Stovpova street, railway tracks, Dorbudu lane and Stepova street;
• Lytovska, Vasyl Stus, Rayduzhna, Mykola Voronoi streets;
• Melnytska, Balkivska, 5 Zavodska streets, railway tracks, Eulia Chelebi, Vladyslav Dombrovsky, Maksym Chaika, Vasyl Stus streets;
• Balkivska Street, railroad tracks, 5th Zavodska, 4th Zavodska, 2nd Zavodska streets.

There was no competition for both lots. The sole bidder and winner of the tender was Land Cadastral Bureau, a limited liability company. The company expects to receive UAH 7 million 707.9 thousand for the two lots.

According to the YouControl service, the Land Cadastral Bureau Limited Liability Company was registered in Odesa in 2016. The owners are currently Andriy Vasko and Volodymyr Shevchenko.
