On the afternoon of July 3, Russia attacked the port structure of Odesa with a ballistic missile, probably an Iskander with cluster munition. The attack killed two people, one of whom was a truck driver. The second victim is currently being identified.

This was reported during the telethon "United News" by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleg Kiper.

Also today, on February 3, Russian troops shelled Odesa with shaheds, injuring five people, including two children aged 7 and 9. A residential high-rise building was damaged, with more than 40 apartments affected.

Fires broke out in several apartments after the strike. Rescuers quickly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fires. Preliminary, six apartments were completely destroyed, while 36 others sustained varying degrees of damage. The blast wave smashed windows, damaged ceilings and communications.

On the night of June 30, a Russian drone hit car repair shops and a storage area for special equipment of the Odesa branch of the Infoksvodokanal. The strike damaged several dozen pieces of equipment, including vehicles of repair crews, an excavator, tankers and sludge pumps.

The repair shop, as well as the premises of auto electricians and engineers, were destroyed along with all the equipment. According to the company, this equipment was vital for eliminating accidents on the networks, and its loss will significantly complicate emergency response.

The attack was another in a series of attacks in the Odesa region. The night before, on June 28, the enemy launched more than 20 drones at the region. One of them hit a residential high-rise building, killing two local residents - Mykhailivskyi Lyceum teacher Kateryna Borsynska and her husband Valentyn - and injuring 17 other people, including three children aged 3, 7 and 14.
