Crimea has sold the Yevpatorian seaport to a Moscow-based company. Prior to the sale, the port was reorganized and withdrawn from the Crimean Sea Ports enterprise.

This was reported by Suspilne.

The occupation authorities of Crimea sold 100% of the shares of the Yevpatoria seaport at an auction for 192.9 million rubles (approximately UAH 100.3 million).

According to the publication, the buyer was Moscow-based Perspektiva Sports Development Center LLC, registered in 2021 with an authorized capital of 100 thousand rubles. The company is engaged in the construction of sports and residential facilities. The owner of the company is Oksana Gusakova. The port's land area is 6.45 hectares, and as of September 30, the company employed nine people.

Prior to the sale, the port underwent a reorganization: it was taken out of the Crimean Sea Ports enterprise and turned into a joint-stock company. After the illegal "nationalization" in 2014, the Crimean ports were transferred to the balance sheet of Crimean Sea Ports.

Also in August, the Russian-controlled occupation administration of Crimea identified a buyer for the Yalta seaport. The only participant and winner of the auction was a micro-company from Moscow, established in April 2025. This company is controlled by the Angage closed-end mutual fund, whose ultimate beneficiary is a businessman close to Putin.

The Crimean ports were put up for sale in July. In addition to the ports of Yalta and Yevpatoria, the occupation administration formally manages the ports of Kerch and Feodosia, which are federally owned by Russia. At the same time, all Crimean ports are operating at minimum capacity due to the lack of ships willing to enter them under sanctions. Nevertheless, the occupiers expect to reorient the port infrastructure to passenger transportation and the development of yacht tourism.

Over the past two years, the occupation administration has appropriated more than 3,500 private property objects in Crimea. In the first half of 2025 alone, the invaders sold 25 previously "nationalized" objects, receiving more than 2.2 billion rubles. The occupation authorities claimed that these funds were allegedly used for the alleged development of the peninsula and support of the participants in the war against Ukraine.
