The enemy has canceled night trains to Crimea due to security concerns

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The Russian rail carrier "Grand Service Express" has temporarily suspended ticket sales to occupied Crimea for most dates in October. The company attributes this to a schedule change and the shift of train service exclusively to daytime schedules for safety reasons.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The restrictions apply to certain trains traveling to Crimea, which was annexed by Russia, and in the opposite direction. Trains to and from Crimea will run to and from Kerch through September 14.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

The ticket sales period for the remaining fall trips has been reduced from 90 to 45 days. In addition to security concerns and the shift to daytime operations, the occupiers cited track repair work on the Kerch Railway as the reason for this.

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Previously, the number of “Tavria” trains had been reduced to seven per day by decision of the operational headquarters of the Russian authorities in Crimea.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

Grand Service Express is the only Russian rail operator providing passenger service to occupied Crimea under the “Tavria” brand via the Kerch Bridge. The carrier is subject to international sanctions for providing logistics support to the occupying authorities.

Earlier, Ukrainian intelligence discovered a new base for Russian naval drones in annexed Crimea. The occupiers built boathouses on Lake Donuzlav to test and store their unmanned boats.
