Occupants shell 26 settlements in Kherson region: one person killed

The enemy attacked 26 localities in Kherson region over the last day. Unfortunately, one person was killed in the shelling. The region remains under constant attack by artillery, aircraft and drones of the invaders.

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

According to the JMA, Antonivka, Molodizhne, Prydniprovske, Komyshany, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Sofiyivka, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka were under drone terror, air strikes and artillery shelling, Dniprovske, Blahovishchenske, Kizomys, Ivanivka, Novotyanka, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Dudchany, Novoraysk, Burgunka, Monastyrske, Novokaira, Osokorivka, Urozhayne, Chervony Mayak, Vesele and the city of Kherson.

Hostile strikes targeted critical and social infrastructure facilities and resulted in the destruction of a store. According to the official results of 2025, the consequences of the use of Russian drones in the Kherson region were tragic: 130 people were killed, including three children. In addition, another 1,195 civilians were injured of varying severity as a result of constant drone attacks over the past year.

As a reminder, on January 8-9, three people were killed and three children were injured in Kherson region due to Russian shelling . Three multi-storey buildings and five private houses in the region's communities were severely damaged.

The occupiers used drones, aircraft and artillery to shell both frontline communities and settlements inland. The attacks targeted 30 settlements, including Antonivka, Komyshany, Bilozerka, Beryslav, Novovorontsovka and Kherson.

The enemy targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas. The shelling damaged three multi-storey buildings and nine private homes. A catering establishment, a workshop, a gas pipe and several private cars were also destroyed.
