On September 23, at about 6:20 a.m. in the Kherson region, occupants attacked an ambulance in the Kherson district.
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The post says that this morning, Russian invaders attacked an ambulance with a drone, injuring two civilians. Under the procedural control of the Oleshky District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on September 23, 2024, at about 6:20 a.m., the Russian military dropped an explosive device from a drone on an ambulance that was responding to a call in the Kherson region. The driver and paramedic were injured and both were hospitalized. Prosecutors, together with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the attack.

According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin, over the past day, on September 22, Vesele, Tyahynka, Ponyativka, Odradokamyanka, Beryslav, Novovorontsovka, Bilozerka, Novoberislav, Antonivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Komyshany, Tomyna Balka, Bobrovyi Kut, Zmiivka and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes by the Russian occupation army.
During the shelling of the region, the occupiers hit administrative buildings and a banking institution; residential areas of the region's settlements, including a multi-storey building and 20 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline, buses and private cars. As a result of Russian aggression, one person was killed and seven others were injured in Kherson region that day.
Earlier it was reported that on September 19, at about 11:40, the Russian military dropped explosives from a drone in Sadove. An 82-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds. At 16:00, the occupiers attacked Kherson again with a drone. Two people have been injured as a result of the explosives dropped: A 58-year-old woman who sustained explosive trauma and injuries, and a 39-year-old medical worker who was seriously injured. Both were outside at the time of the attack.
