The ceilings were severely damaged: defects in the destruction of sections of reinforced concrete slabs on the second floor, as well as deflections of wooden beams and cracks were found, and some of the wooden beams and damaged reinforced concrete slabs were recognized as unsuitable for normal operation. Similarly, the roof truss system has defects such as partial collapse, deflections of the rafter legs, cracks and wetting, and is also considered unfit for use. The roof itself is partially destroyed and damaged.

The internal damage includes partial chipping of the plaster and peeling of the outer textured layer from the walls. The floor (wooden, linoleum, concrete and ceramic tiles) has partial damage to the coating and destruction. The metal-plastic windows and exterior doors were destroyed, damaged, and defective.
