The selected contractor must complete the work by December 20, 2025.

Upon written request, the contractor may make an advance payment for the performance of work or purchase of materials necessary for the performance of work under the contract. Prepayment may be made for a period of no more than 3 months within the current budget period, in the amount of up to 30% of the annual cost of the works.

The contractor must also provide a certificate of availability of 28 units of equipment necessary for the performance of the works. Among other things, it should include an asphalt paver, concrete paver, excavators, bulldozers, tractors, an ice rink, a watering and washing machine, and a road marking machine.

Recently, an agreement was signed in Mykolaiv region to repair a nationally important road. It is planned to spend more than UAH 67 million from the budget. The agreement was signed without the use of an electronic system with European Road Construction Company LLC.

The company and its owner have been the subject of several journalistic investigations and are among the top three in terms of the number of road repair contracts in Mykolaiv region awarded without tenders. The company regularly receives budget contracts.

Another favorite, the Odesa-based Rostdorstroy company, which is affiliated with Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov 's Trust the Deeds party, will also repair roads in Mykolaiv. More than one hundred million hryvnias were allocated from the budget for this purpose.

The contract with the company for the current medium repair of the T-15-15 Fedorivka - Rybakivka - Lugove recreation center road was signed on August 3. About 25 kilometers will be repaired.

Recently, the Antimonopoly Committee found signs of collusion in the bidding for road repairs in Voznesensk. The suspects are Dorgrand LLC and sole proprietor Ohanesyan M.O., who participated in a tender for the current repair of asphalt concrete road surfaces announced by the Department of Housing and Capital Construction of the Voznesensk City Council in 2021.
