Mykolaiv plans to raise 200 million for renovation of an apartment building

Mykolaiv is planning to reconstruct an apartment building. It is planned to raise more than two hundred million hryvnias for this purpose.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Dream digital restoration ecosystem.

The project involves a comprehensive reconstruction of an apartment building at 48 Khersonske Shosse, Mykolaiv, to improve its technical condition, increase energy efficiency, and create more comfortable and safe conditions for residents.

The main technological solutions include the use of solar panels for alternative energy supply, a ventilated facade, installation of a centralized heating system with an individual heating point, and installation of an air conditioning system.

They will also install energy-saving lighting fixtures, a roof drainage system, and safe entrances and exits for residents. In addition, it is planned to create a public space on the roof, landscaping the area, and implement inclusive solutions.

The estimated budget of the project is UAH 211 million 300 thousand. UAH 202 million 505 thousand 600 thousand is allocated for construction, and UAH 8 million 800 thousand for design.

According to the project description, its implementation will significantly improve living conditions and provide a comfortable and safe environment for residents.

The estimated duration of the project is 18 months. Funding is currently being sought for its implementation.

We also decided to turn a non-residential building into social housing for IDPs and people in difficult life circumstances. Seventy million hryvnias were allocated from the budget for this purpose. It is planned to reconstruct the non-residential building of the Young Technicians' Station with a superstructure into a 24-apartment residential building in Voznesensk.

In addition, Mykolaiv plans to reconstruct an old residential building. They are looking for funding of UAH 143 million. The goal of the project is to comprehensively renovate an apartment building located at 21 Velyka Morska Street to improve its technical condition, energy efficiency, comfort, and safety of residents.
