Asphalt will be laid in Mykolaiv in places where utility repairs were carried out. It is planned to spend more than UAH 12 million from the budget.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to data from the Prozorro public procurement system.
The customer of the works was the utility Mykolaivvodokanal. The expected cost of the procurement is UAH 12 million 390 thousand 708.
The deadline for submitting bids is September 17, and the auction is scheduled to take place on September 18. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 123,907. The winner must ensure the fulfillment of the procurement contract in the amount of 5% of the transaction value.
The customer will make payments for the volume of services provided on a monthly basis based on the acceptance certificates. The repair works are to be completed by December 31, 2024.
According to the terms of reference, the contractor shall, among other things, install side stones and curbs, patch potholes, repair potholes and arrange asphalt pavement. In addition, the contractor will take photos before and after the works at each place of service provision.
Mykolaiv also plans to repair the road for more than eleven million budget hryvnias. The Department of Housing and Communal Services has announced a tender for the current repair of the road on Slobidska Street. The contractor will have to carry out the current repair of 7219 square meters of the road. All work should be completed by December 20, 2024.
Recently, the region also held tenders for road repairs. Thus, the roads of Mykolaiv region will be repaired by the Odesa-based Budova company, which is affiliated with the Trust the Deeds party. More than one hundred million hryvnias were allocated from the budget for this purpose.
In addition, Mykolaiv plans to raise a loan for the needs of the municipal enterprise "Operational Linear Road Management". Currently, the local authorities have announced a competitive selection among banks. The term of the loan is at least five years from the date of the loan agreement.
