Mykolaiv Launches ₴19.4M Water Supply Reconstruction Tender by 2025

Mykolaiv has announced a tender for the reconstruction of the water supply system on Elektronna Street worth almost UAH 20 million. The work should be completed by the end of November 2025.

This is evidenced by the data of the public procurement system Prozorro.

Mykolaivvodokanal, a municipal utility company, has announced a tender for the reconstruction of the water supply network along Elektronna Street - from Pershotravneva Street to Oleksandr Yanata Street.

According to the tender documents, the expected cost of the work is UAH 19.4 million. Participants can submit their proposals until April 29. The auction is scheduled for April 30. The contractor must complete the work by November 30, 2025.

The minimum price reduction step is UAH 193,975. The amount of the contract performance security cannot exceed 5% of its total value. The procurement is carried out in the category "Other final construction works (reconstruction)". The project involves the renovation of a 300 mm diameter water supply line.

As indicated, payments under the contract will be made after the completion of the work on the basis of acceptance certificates, but not more often than once a month and only if the cost of the work exceeds 10% of the total amount.

The village of Sofiyivka, Pervomaisk district, is also planning to overhaul its water supply system. The Myhiyivka village council has already announced a tender for almost UAH 14 million. The European Investment Bank is financing the works under the Emergency Credit Program for Ukraine's Recovery.

In addition, Mykolaiv is going to repair the Ingul bridge. More than UAH 26 million has been allocated from the city budget. This is an important transport artery - a bridge over the Ingul River, located on the 135th kilometer of the M-14 Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk highway. This is a public road of national importance. The contractor will be selected through open bidding, and the works are expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
