Mykolaiv Hospital Plans ₴11M Medicine Supply for 2025

In Mykolaiv, a hospital has announced a search for a contractor to supply the necessary medicines throughout the year. It is planned to spend more than UAH 11 million on this.

This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital, a municipal non-profit enterprise, has announced the procurement of medicines to be supplied throughout 2025. According to the terms and conditions, the medicines are to be delivered to the hospital's pharmacy warehouse.

The total procurement budget is UAH 11 million 543 thousand 385.

All costs associated with transportation, unloading and payment of customs duties are borne by the supplier. In the event of a defective product, it must be replaced within 14 calendar days at the supplier's expense.

The medicines to be purchased include medicines for the treatment of blood diseases, hematopoietic diseases and diseases of the cardiovascular system; medicines for the treatment of nervous system diseases and diseases of the sensory organs; medicines for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases and metabolic disorders, anti-infective drugs for systemic use; vaccines, anti-neoplastic drugs and immunomodulators; medicines for the treatment of respiratory system diseases; treatment of dermatological diseases and diseases of the musculoskeletal system and medicines for the treatment of diseases of the skin and nervous system.

Payment for the medicines will be made within ten working days after receiving the goods on the basis of invoices.

In January, Mykolaiv Children's Hospital No. 2 ordered laboratory tests from another medical facility worth almost UAH 3 million without a tender. The institution decided not to organize a tender and conclude the agreement without using electronic systems. Under the terms of the agreement, Hospital No. 1 will provide laboratory services to the children's hospital under the public procurement for a year.

In its turn, the municipal non-profit enterprise City Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Odesa, known asthe Jewish Hospital, held a procurement to select a supplier of an X-ray diagnostic system.

In addition, the Kherson Regional Clinical Hospital has signed two contracts for healthcare services totaling more than UAH 4.5 million. Both agreements were made using the no-tender method, which means that no tender was held, and the customer directly selected the supplier by entering into an agreement without involving other participants. This approach provides only a report on the transaction.
