Mykolaiv is planning to restore the city's public amenities, including asphalt pavement and sidewalk paving. For this purpose, a tender has been announced with an expected value of over three million hryvnias.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro public procurement system.

Mykolaivoblenergo Joint Stock Company is the customer of the works.

According to the terms of the tender, the contractor must complete the work by December 31, 2025. Bids will be accepted until February 13, 2025, and the auction will start on February 14.

The expected value of the procurement is UAH 3 million 400 thousand.

According to the documentation, bidders must submit their proposals in Ukrainian. The minimum price reduction step is set at UAH 34 thousand, which is 1% of the total project cost. Payment for the work performed is provided for in full within 180 calendar days after the signing of the work acceptance certificate.

Bidders are not required to provide a bid security. For a delay of more than thirty days, an additional penalty of 7% of the value of the late work will be charged. For violation of obligations regarding the quality of work performed, the contractor must pay a fine of 20% of the cost to the customer. According to the documentation, the infrastructure restoration is part of large-scale plans to improve urban space.

In addition, a tender has been announced in Pivdenoukrainsk, Mykolaiv region, to select a contractor that will receive more than UAH 3.6 million for the reconstruction of a pedestrian walkway. The project involves laying figured tiles and leveling surfaces, and the customer is the utility company "Public Utility Service" of the Pivdenoukrainsk City Council.

At the same time, the contract for road cleaning in Mykolaiv may be awarded without a tender to a company that regularly cooperates with local authorities. Its offer was only 467 thousand hryvnias lower than the expected cost of the procurement. In total, this company has already received orders for almost UAH 400 million, with Mykolaiv district administrations, departments and utilities as its main clients.
