The project plans to open a modern water laboratory that will become a platform for students and scientists from Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Odesa. The laboratory will provide an opportunity to conduct research and development to improve water supply and reclamation systems in the southern regions of Ukraine.

It is also planned to build a new water filtration system in Mykolaiv and modernize existing infrastructure facilities. The project will require over UAH 6 billion to implement. The main goal is to provide a stable city and high-quality water supply through the newly created pressure filtration system.
