Mykolaiv has announced a tender for the reconstruction of a heating main. It is planned to repair two streets in the city. More than UAH 70 million has been allocated for this purpose.
This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.
The private joint-stock company Mykolaiv Heating and Power Plant has announced tenders for the reconstruction of the heating main.
The total budget of the two projects is over UAH 70 million:
The deadline for submitting bids is March 14, and the auction will take place on the same day. The minimum price reduction step is 0.50% of the purchase amount.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender must confirm that they have the appropriate employees and technical resources, including
The bidders must confirm the completion of similar projects and the availability of specialized equipment: dump trucks, excavators, road rollers, truck cranes, asphalt pavers, mobile power plants, and welding equipment.
At the end of February, one of the bidders filed a complaint regarding the need to provide certificates and passports for pre-insulated pipe f720/920. PJSC Mykolaivska CHP explained that the key criterion is not only the availability of documents, but also proven experience in laying similar pipelines. All work should be completed by the end of 2025.
Mykolaiv is also planning to reconstruct the water supply network, for which more than UAH 4 million is allocated. The work will cover Mala Morska Street from Nikolskaya to Spasskaya, and funding for the project was provided by Denmark. And the Mykolaivvodokanal utility company plans to upgrade the networks on 3 Slobidska Street, from Chkalova to Zavodska. International donors have allocated more than UAH 15 million for this purpose.
Meanwhile, local businesses are actively earning money by repairing roads and laying tiles, where tenders and contracts often have political connections. Another contract for paving may be awarded to the company of a local MP, which has repeatedly been the subject of journalistic investigations.
