Mykolaiv Allocates ₴14M for Road Repairs, Tender Deadline April 28, 2025

Mykolaiv has announced a tender for road repairs in the city. Almost UAH 14 million has been allocated to restore streets after the repair of utilities.

This is evidenced by data from the public procurement system Prozorro.

Mykolaivvodokanal, a municipal utility company, has announced an open tender for asphalt paving services on the city's streets.

The project, with an expected cost of UAH 13 million 931 thousand 128, involves restoring the road surface in the areas where utility repairs have been completed.

According to the documentation, the works will include asphalt concrete pavement on the roadways of streets and intra-quarter passages where repairs of utility networks have already been completed.

In addition, it is planned to level the surface and arrange the underlying base layers to ensure proper quality of the road surface.

All bids must be submitted by April 28, 2025, and the auction will start on April 29. The minimum price reduction step during the auction is UAH 139,311, which is 1% of the expected procurement value.

The auction must be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the State Audit Service, which has the ability to control the procurement process and verify the legality of the tender. The selected contractor must complete the work by October 31, 2025.

Recently,Mykolaivvodokanal, a municipal utility company, announced a tender for the reconstruction of the water supply network along Elektronna Street - from Pershotravneva to Yanata. The cost of the work was almost UAH 20 million, and it is planned to be completed by the end of November 2025.

At the end of March, Mykolaiv also announced a tender for the overhaul of in-block passages on Okeanivska Street. The contract was awarded to a new company without competition. The company was registered in 2024, but it has already won 60 million worth of orders and has ties to the defendants in the criminal case.
