Using the MISTO mobile app, you can now report a problem directly from your smartphone with a photo, location, and a brief description.

According to the Odesa City Council, the request is automatically sent to the city system.

The new feature allows you to

"An open manhole, garbage that has not been removed, or a sign hanging in the wrong place - through MISTO you can quickly report this to Odesa," the statement said.

To complain, you need to select a category in the app. For example, lighting, describe what happened, add a photo and mark the location on the map, and send your appeal.

"Then you can follow the status of your application: when the request was accepted and the response from the single center of citizens' appeals," the app developers note.

In addition, the app has also received an updated home screen with shortcuts to popular services, such as paying for parking or receiving emergency notifications.

In March, the Odesa city authorities announced the launch of the MISTO digital platform, which is intended to become a modern tool for improving the quality of life of residents and effective community management. In addition, the app will allow tracking public transportation in the city. Since February, the systems of the Odesmiskelektrotrans utility company have been disconnected from the Transpod app because Transpod is a private company that did not share data with other resources, so public transport in Odesa was not displayed in Google navigation.
