SBU cyber specialists in Ivano-Frankivsk exposed the owner of an underground IT company who worked for the Nazis during a full-scale war.

The SBU Departmentreports .

The man worked illegally and was focused on cooperation with the enemy.

Now the convict is hiding in the left bank of Kherson region, where he holds the "position of Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Mass Communications" of the Russian occupation administration. The defendant received his first order: to create a fake "human rights" resource that was supposed to discredit Ukrainian activists. The Ukrainian traitor was supervised by Kremlin propagandist Mikhail Shpira.

"In addition to working for the occupation "deputy minister" of Kherson region, the suspect fulfilled more than 40 orders from Russian commercial companies. To conceal payment from the Nazis, the businessman used crypto-wallets and received money through third parties from the countries of the former USSR," the SBU's TG page reports.

During the searches of the detainee's office and home, as well as the residences of employees of the underground IT company, computer equipment, phones, draft records and bank cards with evidence of crimes were seized. The SBU investigators served the suspect a notice of suspicion under Part 1 Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (aiding the aggressor state).

He is currently in custody and faces up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. Further procedural decisions will be made based on the results of examinations and evaluation of evidence.
