The SBU has served suspicion notices of collaboration to three more residents of Kherson region.

According to the agency's press service, among them are two MPs.

The post says that SBU officers have gathered evidence against another collaborator from Kherson region.

First of all, we are talking about two local deputies. One of them - from Skadovsk City Council - voluntarily took the position of the so-called "deputy" of the local gauleiter. The other is from the Kalanchak village council of Skadovsk district, and also became a pseudo-deputy of the local occupation head. According to the investigation, in their "positions", the enemy accomplices actively supported the enemy's actions and the occupation regime. They performed organizational, administrative and economic functions in illegal authorities. The collaborators systematically met with the so-called "leaders" of the region to discuss the "prospects" for the development of the occupation pseudo-entities. In the "subordinate" territories, they organized propaganda events in support of the occupiers and implemented the educational process according to Russian standards in local educational institutions. One of the traitors attended thematic events in Russia to improve her "management" skills.

The press service noted that the third enemy accomplice voluntarily joined the enemy authorities and headed the occupation administration in the village of Ingulets, Bilozerska village community in the region. The so-called "starosta" helped the occupiers establish new "orders" and called on his fellow countrymen to support the "new" government.

Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served the offenders a notice of suspicion under Part 5 of Art. 111-1 (collaboration) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The article provides for 5 to 10 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property. The operation was carried out by the SBU in Kherson region under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.
