Kherson Official Mykhailo Lynetskyi Reports ₴ 1.6M Salary in 2024

The head of the Kherson District State Administration, Mykhailo Lynetskyi, received more than a million hryvnias in salary last year, a thousand in winterization support and payments to IDPs.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, this became known from the official's financial statements.

Thus, in 2024, the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration received UAH 1.6 million in salary. In addition, he was paid UAH 4 thousand as an IDP and UAH 1 thousand in state winter support. In addition, the official saved UAH 200 thousand and USD 8.5 thousand.

Mykhailo Lynetskyi also owns a house and a land plot (located in the territory occupied by the Russians). The official also has a car - a 2012 Mitsubishi Pajero.

The official's wife, Tetiana, co-owns a shopping and entertainment center and a hotel in Kherson and a land plot there. At the same time, the head of the district state administration did not indicate his income for 2024. Nor did he indicate the income of his daughter Yana. However, he reported that they both have savings. His wife has 250 thousand hryvnias and 7.5 thousand US dollars, and his daughter has 4 thousand euros.

Lynetskyi has not reported the income of his wife and daughter since 2022. At that time, Tetiana Lynetska received 100 thousand hryvnias from her business, and her daughter received 58.4 thousand hryvnias in scholarships. Before the war, the official's wife, as an entrepreneur, earned UAH 3.5 million, and her daughter earned UAH 324 thousand from business and UAH 58.4 thousand from a scholarship.

The former deputy head of the Kherson City Military Administration , Mykola Yakovlev, received 1.3 million in salary and payments from the state as an IDP last year . He also did not indicate his wife's income. Earlier, the head of the Oleshky City Military Administration in Kherson Oblast , Tetiana Hasanenko, reported in her declaration that she bought a car three times cheaper than the market price last year.

Also, Natalia Chekhuta, the first deputy head of the Kherson MVA, bought a private house in Vinnytsia region. And the wife of the dismissed rector of Kherson University, Yuriy Kyrylov, bought an expensive apartment in the capital. Also, Alla Malytska , the general director of the Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after E.E. Karabelesh, who was first fired and then reinstated, declared real estate, a land plot, a motorboat and foreign currency savings.
