MPs elected from Mykolaiv region reported on their real estate, land and business assets. Most of the MPs' real estate remained unchanged, but some of them significantly reduced the area or acquired new assets.

TheCenter for Public Investigations analyzed their declarations for 2024.

David Arakhamia's family has the most residential real estate - 577 square meters. The MP himself has a house in Vita Poshtova in Kyiv region and an apartment in the capital, while his wife owns three apartments in Kyiv and a house near Mykolaiv. The areas have not changed since the previous years.

Next in terms of housing is Oleksandr Haidu with 485 square meters. He has two houses in Odesa and an apartment in Kyiv. The MP' s property remained unchanged. The third place was taken by the family of Maksym Dyrdin with 350 square meters. This includes two apartments near Kyiv and a house with two apartments belonging to his wife.

Iryna Kormyshkina, on the other hand, reduced her living space from almost 900 square meters in 2022 to 348 in 2024. In particular, she owns half of an apartment in Mykolaiv, and her husband owns three houses in Mykolaiv and Odesa regions, one of which was bought last year for UAH 814,000. Oleksandr Pasichnyi rounded out the top five - his family owns 217 square meters in Mykolaiv. Just like a year ago, no changes.

Olena Moshenets (118 m²), Artem Chornomorov (95 m² house in Mykolaiv), Ihor Kopytin (72 m² apartment) and Ihor Negulevskyi (one third of an apartment in Voznesensk - 21 m²) also declare stable real estate.

The largest land holdings belong to the family of Iryna Kormyshkina. In total, she and her husband own 332 hectares. In 2024, Yuriy Kormyshkin acquired another 108 plots of land totaling more than 213 hectares for UAH 5.6 million. For comparison: in 2022, the family had 66 plots, and in 2023, they already had more than 210 hectares.

The second place goes to the family of Maksym Dyrdin. His wife has 28 plots near Kyiv with a total area of over 11 hectares. Artem Chornomorov remains with one plot of 0.2 hectares in Mykolaiv region, while David Arakhamia has 0.1 hectare in Vita Poshtova. The most modest landowner is Oleksandr Haidu - 0.04 hectares in Odesa. At the same time, Pasichnyi, Moshenets, Kopytin, and Negulevskyi remain without any land.

The leader in business meters is the family of Iryna Kormyshkina. Her husband owns more than 5,000 square meters of non-residential real estate: offices, warehouses, gas stations, grain storage facilities, etc. in Mykolaiv and the region. This is almost three times less than in 2022, when the area was more than 15 thousand square meters, but the family sold some of the assets.

Oleksandr Pasichnyi is in second place. He owns shops and other non-residential premises in Mykolaiv, totaling 694 m². David Arakhamia came in third, with 115 m² in joint ownership. Maksym Dyrdin declared two garages and a commercial space near Kyiv, totaling 107 m². Olena Moshenets has a garage and her husband's parking space with a total area of 50 m². Oleksandr Haidu, Artem Chornomorov, Ihor Kopytin and Ihor Negulevskyi remain without any business property.
