Kherson has set tariffs for heat energy and its supply for households and budgetary institutions for the heating season of 2025-2026. The order provides for the procedure for adjusting tariffs in case of changes in energy costs, taxes or other components.

The order was signed by the head of Kherson MVA Yaroslav Shanko.

The Head of the Kherson City Military Administration of Kherson District has approved heat energy tariffs for the population and budgetary institutions of the city for the heating period of 2025-2026. The decision applies to TeploTechservice, a subsidiary of TeploTech Group, which is responsible for the production, transportation, supply and service of heat energy.

For budgetary institutions, the tariff is set at UAH 3,142.85 per Gcal excluding VAT, including: UAH 3,020.46/Gcal for production, UAH 113.51/Gcal for transportation, UAH 8.88/Gcal for supply, and UAH 3,142.85/Gcal for heat supply services.

There are two main tariff levels for apartment buildings with autonomous heating: UAH 1,810.43 per Gcal and UAH 1,690.90 per Gcal excluding VAT. The tariff structure includes the cost of heat production and heat supply services.

The order provides for the possibility of adjusting tariffs in case of changes in the costs of taxes, minimum wages, rent, depreciation, or prices for fuel and energy resources. In this case, only those components of the tariff that have changed will be recalculated.

The tariffs come into force from the beginning of the heating season 2025-2026. The Department of Information Technology of the Kherson City Council must publish the resolution on the official website of the city council and its executive bodies within five business days from the date of publication.

The heating season in Kherson community officially started on October 1, 2025. Residents with individual heating systems were the first to receive heat. For the rest of the houses and social facilities, district heating will traditionally start after the average daily temperature drops to +8°C or below for three consecutive days.

The most difficult situation is currently observed in the Korabel neighborhood. Due to the constant shelling and the threat to the lives of utility workers, repairs and preparations for the heating season cannot be completed there, putting the launch of district heating at risk of disruption.
