Mykolaiv has decided to turn an old residential building into a modern one. It is planned to spend more than UAH 143 million on this.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Dream ecosystem.

The renovation of an apartment building is planned. The project was initiated by the Mykolaiv City Council. The customer is the Association of Co-Owners of the Velyka Morska, 21 apartment building.

The aim of the project is to comprehensively renovate an apartment building located at 21 Velyka Morska Street to improve its technical condition, energy efficiency, comfort, and safety of residents.

The renovation works include dismantling and installing new floors in the common areas, replacing windows and doors, and upgrading the water supply and sewage system.

It is planned to prepare and arrange a ventilated facade, install an internal air conditioning system, and finish the walls in the common areas.

It is also planned to install an individual heating point with connection, replace the attic floor with a reinforced concrete one, and install a new roof with landscaping. Energy-saving lamps will be installed, and balconies and entrance groups will be renovated to meet the requirements of inclusivity.

The project budget is UAH 143 million 200 thousand.

The renovation of the territory includes earthworks, replacement of pavements, new landscaping, and installation of energy-efficient street lighting.

The project is currently in the process of preparation and is awaiting funding.

In addition, the Mykolaiv region has decided to create an electric transport network to provide urban passenger transportation and a car charging network, which will lead to the development of transport infrastructure. It is planned to spend UAH 112 million on the project.

In addition, it was decided to create a new park in Ochakiv. It is planned to reconstruct local wastewater treatment facilities and a solid waste landfill with further transformation into an environmental and energy park. It is planned to raise UAH 180 million for the project.
