The Vysokopilsky Village Council also announced a tender with special features to eliminate an emergency situation on a part of the water supply network in the village of Arkhangelskoye, Berislavsky district. The money for the network repair was allocated by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). The expected cost of the work is over twenty million hryvnias.

In addition, the Bereslav community plans to create a modern cultural center. More than fifty million hryvnias are planned to be raised for this purpose. It is planned to renovate the Berislav Culture and Leisure Center.
