In Kherson, the head of the ambulance seized 2 million budget funds

In Kherson, investigators served a notice of suspicion to the head of the Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine Galina Saldan and the director of the company "Spicard Dinara Blazhko. According to the investigation, the women twice in a year ran a scheme to purchase uniforms for ambulance crews.

This became known from court rulings.

First, in March 2024, and then in August of the same year, the medical institution announced tenders, which were won by Spicard. The total amount of the contracts was over UAH 2.8 million. Although the contracts provided for quality control of the uniforms, this was never done. The money was transferred, and the doctors received the uniforms without proper control. The court seized the property of both suspects - houses, apartments and land plots. The investigation is ongoing, and the women may face confiscation of property and imprisonment.

Spicard LLC was registered in the city of Izium, Kharkiv region, in 2016 with a registered capital of UAH 1000. The company is owned by Ruslan and Dinara Brazhko, a family-owned clothing business. According to the YouControl analytical system, since its establishment, Spicard has been regularly receiving contracts from Ukrainian medical institutions. Moreover, the company's tender history is quite successful - in total, the company has received contracts worth more than UAH 40 million.

Police exposed a resident of Kherson who was molesting a young child. In 2024, the suspect created an account in one of the messengers where she posted her own photos and videos. She also distributed this content on the Internet. All materials were stored on her gadget. In addition, law enforcement officers found that the woman had downloaded and stored several files that experts recognized as child pornography. In particular, the suspect was involved in the molestation of a young child. The offender was served a notice of suspicion under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
