On October 1, the Kherson suburb of Antonivka once again suffered from enemy shelling.

This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region.

The post says that during the day, Kherson rescuers went to extinguish fires in residential buildings at different addresses three times. The press service noted that the enemy obstructed the work of firefighters by repeatedly shelling, but despite all the threats, the fires were extinguished.

Also over the past day, three ecosystem fires occurred in the Kherson region. Thus, rescuers of Beryslav district extinguished fires in open areas with a total area of more than 18,000 square meters during the day. It was established that the fires were not caused by shelling, and therefore the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kherson region once again called on all citizens to follow fire safety rules.
