On October 1, the Kherson suburb of Antonivka once again suffered from enemy shelling.

This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region.

The post says that during the day, Kherson rescuers went to extinguish fires in residential buildings at different addresses three times. The press service noted that the enemy obstructed the work of firefighters by repeatedly shelling, but despite all the threats, the fires were extinguished.

Also over the past day, three ecosystem fires occurred in the Kherson region. Thus, rescuers of Beryslav district extinguished fires in open areas with a total area of more than 18,000 square meters during the day. It was established that the fires were not caused by shelling, and therefore the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kherson region once again called on all citizens to follow fire safety rules.

The firefighters arrived at the scene and quickly extinguished the fire with coordinated actions. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The day before, the occupants struck again at one of the neighborhoods of Kherson, dropping explosives from a drone. The munition hit a residential building and the fire quickly spread to a car in the yard. Rescuers arrived and extinguished the fire.

Earlier it was reported that on September 26 in the evening the occupants shelled Tomyna Balka village. As a result of the shelling, two outbuildings caught fire. Bilozerka rescuers extinguished the fires. The next morning, enemy troops attacked the villages of Ingulets and Fedorivka, where fires also broke out in outbuildings. Kherson rescuers and local fire brigades "Lymanets" and "Daryivka" were involved in extinguishing the fires. The fires have been extinguished.
