In Kherson region, cases of heads of occupation institution are brought to court

The so-called "head" and "heads" of the units of the occupation "Kherson Regional Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology" will be tried.

This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.

The post says that under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional and Skadovsk District Prosecutor's Offices, indictments against three residents of the region on the fact of collaboration (Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) were sent to court.

The investigation established that in 2022, the accused cooperated with the occupation authorities and took up positions in the illegally created Kherson Regional Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology. The 42-year-old defendant headed the institution. Using his official position and following the orders of the illegal "head of the Department of Health", he handed over a specialized ambulance to representatives of the occupation administration. The 54-year-old woman became the so-called "chief accountant" and her 58-year-old colleague "headed" the structural unit of the institution in Skadovsk. The former was in charge of the material and economic departments, calculated and paid salaries in rubles. The other, having headed the unit, distributed functional responsibilities, supervised the activities of her subordinates and their compliance with labor discipline.

The special pre-trial investigation was conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine in Kherson region.

Earlier it was reported that the investigation against three "heads" of structural units of the occupation administration of Kherson was completed. The investigation established that in 2022 the accused headed the structural units of the occupation administration of Kherson. Thus, in April of that year, a man became the "head of the HR department", another defendant - his daughter-in-law - in June headed the "department of financial sectors of the city's life support". Another defendant became the head of the "department of record keeping".
