Honors, cups, and awards: what money is spent on in Kherson

In Kherson, a number of procurements related to the manufacture of products and insignia with the city's symbols were announced and conducted through the Prozorro system. In all cases, the customer is the executive committee of the city council.

As Intent has found out, these are several tenders ranging from awards to souvenirs.

1. The award "Kherson is unbreakable"

What is being purchased: commemorative awards and cases for them
Cost: UAH 133,000

The procurement involves the manufacture of 50 commemorative awards "Kherson - Unbreakable" and cases for them.

2. Award "For the Defense and Liberation of Kherson"

Customer: Executive Committee of Kherson City Council
What is being procured:

• badges
• certificates
• certificates
• cases

Estimated cost: 137 500 UAH
Actual contract amount: UAH 124 500

The winner: Maria Oleksandrivna Pogorela

The purchase includes 100 sets of award products to commemorate the defense and liberation of the city.

3. Souvenirs with Kherson symbols

Customer: Executive Committee of Kherson City Council
What is being procured:

• cups with symbols
• souvenir pens with the coat of arms and the inscription "Kherson"

Expected value: UAH 82,720, but the lot was divided into two:

• The winner of the first lot: Fractal Company LLC, with the final amount of remuneration: UAH 57,430.80
• The winner of the second lot: Backstage Management LLC with the final amount of remuneration : UAH 15,000.00

4. Souvenirs (separate tender)

• What is being purchased: souvenirs with Kherson symbols
• The expected cost: UAH 199 090
• The winner: ALC "Polygraphist" with the offer 191 126.40 UAH

At the moment, Kherson has already determined the winners in three procurements worth more than UAH 400 thousand, and another tender is underway and may increase the total cost to more than half a million hryvnias.

As Intent wrote earlier, Kherson region and the city of Kherson are under massive attacks by Russian troops. The enemy is using drones, aircraft and artillery to shell dozens of settlements, including Antonivka, Beryslav, Bilozerka, Velyka Oleksandrivka, Kozatske, Stanislav and the city of Kherson.
