In 2022, the Security Service of Ukraine served a notice of suspicion to the director of the Kherson Regional Museum of Local Lore, Tetiana Bratchenko. Law enforcement officers accuse her of collaborating with the enemy.

According to the investigation, Bratchenko supported the occupation forces in the information space and organized exhibitions under the control of the invaders. The evidence includes interviews with pro-Russian media in which she spread false information about the museum's work under occupation, allegedly under pressure from the Ukrainian authorities. In particular, this refers to the events of early May, when the museum held events dedicated to May 9. Later, in June, the director publicly expressed support for the occupation of Kherson.

According to media reports, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv arrested Tatiana Bratchenko's house.

The verdict was passed on April 21, 2025, in absentia, as Desyatova is in the temporarily occupied territory and is avoiding justice.
