The Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomy submitted to the court an indictment against the occupying Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Crimea. Her actions are qualified as high treason. The sanction of the article provides for up to 15 years in prison.
According to the prosecutor's office of the autonomy, since 2013, the accused worked as the deputy head of the State Environmental Inspectorate - Deputy Chief State Inspector for Environmental Protection of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. However, after the occupation of the peninsula, she betrayed the oath of a civil servant and went over to the enemy, taking the position of "Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Crimea" in August 2014. In October 2021, the accused took up the position of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources - Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Crimea, where she has been working to this day.
For her "conscientious work" in the occupation department, the "pseudo-official" was repeatedly rewarded with diplomas, a letter of thanks from the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, a medal "In commemoration of the fifth anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia" and the departmental badge "Excellent Nature Conservationist". By her actions, the accused directly ensures the functioning of the occupation executive authorities in Crimea, as well as assists representatives of the aggressor state in conducting subversive activities against Ukraine.
