Former head of district administration from Odesa region proposed for the post of head of the State Property Fund

Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko has submitted a candidate for the new head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada.

According to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak , the Prime Minister proposed Dmytro Natalukha for this position.

The motion to appoint Natalukha as the head of the SPFU has not yet been published on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada.

In 2015-2017, Dmytro Natalukha headed the Lyman District Administration, and later worked at Lead/Augury, which is engaged in strategic and crisis communications, government relations, branding, and political consulting.

Since 2019, he has been a Member of the Parliament of the IX convocation, Chairman of the Committee on Economic Development. Member of the parliamentary faction of the Servant of the People political party. Deputy Member of the Permanent Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Co-chair of the group on interparliamentary relations with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Currently, the State Property Fund is temporarily headed by Ivanna Smachylo, former deputy head of the Rivne Regional State Administration for
digital development, digital transformation and digitalization.

Meanwhile, the Verkhovna Rada supported the resignations of Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, and SBU Head Vasyl Malyuk.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy proposed appointing Denys Shmyhal as First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, while Mykhailo Fedorov was offered the post of Minister of Defense.

And in early January, Volodymyr Zelenskyy offered to appoint Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, as the new head of his office, and he accepted.
