The declarations of Mykolaiv's healthcare managers show not only their income, but also what they drive. While some officials get by with one car or do not have their own transportation at all, some families of medical executives have three cars.

The Center forPublic Investigations, together with Intent, analyzed the financial reports of 14 heads of city medical institutions for 2025.

The analysis of declarations of heads of medical institutions in Mykolaiv shows that the largest car fleets are owned by Oleh Ishchenko, director of Psychiatric Hospital No. 3, and Yurii Diachuk, director of City Hospital No. 3. Each of them declared three cars in their families.

Oleh Ishchenko owns two personal cars - a 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado SUV, which he purchased for 80 thousand hryvnias, and a 2008 BMW 335ix worth 250 thousand hryvnias. In addition, his wife uses a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta.

Yuriy Dyachuk declared an equally impressive car fleet. He owns a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander valued at UAH 820 thousand, as well as a rare 1981 Renault 18. Another car of the family is a 2025 Ford Puma, which belongs to his wife and was purchased for almost a million hryvnias.

Acting director of the Primary Health Care Center No. 4, Serhiy Motuz, listed two cars in his declaration. The main vehicle is a 2023 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro worth UAH 885 thousand. The documents also include a 2012 Renault Megane owned by his mother. At the same time, in 2025, the official sold his previous car, a 2020 Chery Tiggo 4, for 420 thousand hryvnias.

Olena Terentyeva, director of the city hospital No. 5, owns two cars - a 2012 Nissan Qashqai and an Opel Ascona. The value of the Nissan in the declaration is UAH 212 thousand.

The declaration of Maria Gracheva, director of the city hospital No. 1, does not list her own transportation, but her husband owns a 2010 Lexus GX 460 SUV.

Several other heads of medical institutions declared vehicles owned by their husbands. In particular, Larysa Dergunova 's family owns a 2017 BMW X5 worth 800 thousand hryvnias. Olena Skuratovska 's declaration includes a Mazda CX-5, and Tetiana Hanusovska 's declaration includes a 2017 Subaru Outback.

In general, most heads of medical institutions in the city have one car or do not own personal vehicles at all. At the same time, individual declarations show a rather diverse fleet of vehicles - from cars with a long history to new crossovers that cost up to one million hryvnias.

At the same time, the head of one of the primary healthcare centers declared the largest amount of living space, while some managers own only small apartments.
