A tender has been announced in Serhiivka to restore power to a building damaged by a Russian missile strike. UAH 12 million has been allocated for the reconstruction of the transformer substation and networks.
This is according to the Prozorro procurement system.
In the village of Serhiivka, Odesa region, it is planned to restore the power supply network of residential building No. 23 on Chornomorskaya Street, which was damaged by a Russian missile strike on July 1, 2022.
The utility company "Housing and Communal Services of Serhiivka" has announced a tender for the reconstruction of the transformer substation ZTP 47 and the 0.4 kV switchgear.
The expected cost of the works is UAH 12 million. Proposals from participants will be accepted until August 27, and the auction is scheduled to take place on the same day. The minimum price reduction step for bidders is 1%, i.e. UAH 120 thousand by December 31, 2025.
The customer has provided for post-payment for the work: The contractor will receive 100% of the cost on the 45th calendar day after signing the acceptance certificates. The tender documents state that the restoration of electricity supply is necessary for the residents who were left without electricity after the shelling.
According to the tender documents, the warranty period for the quality of the work performed should be at least 120 months from the date of acceptance by the customer. Bidders must provide documentary evidence of compliance with the technical specification, as well as documents certifying compliance with the technical, qualitative, quantitative and other requirements of the procurement item.
Recently, a contractor was selected in Odesa to overhaul a building on Serednyi Street that was damaged by shelling. More than UAH 11 million was allocated for the reconstruction, which includes clearing the area, heat and noise insulation, installation of beams and floor panels, interior walls and other large-scale reconstruction measures. The customer was the Department of Improvement of Odesa City Council.
