The aim of the project is to repair and reconstruct the Mykolaiv College of Construction in order to create modern learning environments, improve the energy efficiency of the building, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for students and teachers.

The project will include cosmetic and major repairs of classrooms and auditoriums; installation of modern training equipment and new furniture; facade and roof insulation; replacement of windows and doors with energy-efficient ones; and installation of a new heating and air conditioning system.

The project budget is UAH 12 million, with funds for the modernization provided by Denmark.

In addition, it is planned to repair the roof, floors, walls, and ceilings, upgrade plumbing fixtures and water supply and sewage systems, install a fire protection system, and install video surveillance. The college will also create recreation areas with benches, gazebos and places for active recreation for students.

It is also planned to reconstruct the children's music school, for which UAH 8 million has already been allocated from the city budget. In total, the city plans to raise more than UAH 23 million for the reconstruction. They tried to implement the project five years later.

In addition, a second tender was announced for the construction of a shelter for the Oleksandrivsk Lyceum. Due to project adjustments, the previous agreement was terminated. The expected cost of construction is over UAH 31 million. Previously, a contract was signed in 2023 for UAH 36 million, but the agreement was terminated.
