Mykolaiv plans to reconstruct children's music school for 23 million

In Mykolaiv, they decided to reconstruct a music school for children. Eight million hryvnias have already been allocated from the city budget. In total, they plan to raise more than 23 million hryvnias for the reconstruction.

It is planned to reconstruct the building of the children's music school No. 5. The project was initiated by the Mykolaiv City Council. The customer is the Capital Construction Department.

They tried to implement the project five years later. An agreement for the production of design and estimate documentation for the facility was concluded in 2019 with Andrii Pavlov, a private entrepreneur. UAH 1 million 291 thousand 662 was spent on this. During 2021-2022, another 165 thousand 990 hryvnias were spent on design.

The estimated budget of the project is UAH 23 million 209 thousand 125. The duration of its implementation is 24 months. The building area is 6626.72 square meters.

UAH 21 million 260 thousand 694 was allocated for the construction. The corresponding tender was also held in 2020 without a competitive procedure. The contract went to the company "ENGINEERING GROUP". But during 2020-2021, the agreement was constantly amended, then the company was paid about UAH 3 million and the contract expired at the end of 2022.

In 2024, UAH 8 million was allocated from the city budget for the reconstruction of the school, which is 34.47% of the total project cost. The project is currently in implementation status.

Mykolaiv region also announced repeated bidding for the construction of a shelter for the Oleksandrivka Lyceum. The construction contract was signed back in 2023 for UAH 36 million. The work was to be completed by the end of 2024. And now they have announced a procurement for construction adjustments. The total amount of construction is UAH 51.3 million.

And it is planned to raise 115 million for the repair of the Mykolaiv Olympic Sports School. The goal of the project is to overhaul the sports school building, including repairing the heating system and thermal sanitation. It also includes landscaping. To date, 26.8% of the required project amount has been funded, which is UAH 30 million from the local budget of Mykolaiv.
