Dar'yivka Village Council Awards ₴2M in Contracts for Educational Facility Upgrades

The Dar'yivka Village Council of Kherson District has concluded five contracts with the Institute of Complex Design "Prostir" LLC from Rivne for the development of design estimates for the current and overhaul of five educational institutions of the community.

The relevant information was published on the Prozorro portal.

According to the contracts, the company has to produce projects for:

• A kindergarten in the village of Ingulets for UAH 350 thousand.
• Overhaul of the lyceum in Fedorivka - for UAH 400 thousand.
• Overhaul of the lyceum in the village of Lymanets - for UAH 650 thousand.

It also provides for the development of documentation for:

• Construction of a dual-purpose building with a shelter for 300 people on the territory of Darivka Lyceum No. 1 named after Andrii Shulha. The project cost is UAH 450 thousand.
• Construction of a new educational institution for 500 students in Dariivka. The cost is UAH 1 million.

The total amount of contracts exceeds UAH 2 million. Funding is provided from the local budget. The works are to be completed by the end of 2025.

According to the youcontrol analytical system, Prostir Institute for Complex Design was established in October 2023. The head of the company is Serhii Yefimov.

Although the company is just over a year old, it already has experience in the region, having previously worked on the restoration of facilities in the Vysokopilska, Velyko Oleksandrivska, and Mylivska communities.

It should be added that all procurement was carried out without the use of an electronic system.

Recently, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Kherson region announced the first tender for the overhaul of private residential buildings in the village of Posad Pokrovske of the Chornobaivska rural territorial community.

The Restoration Service has also started looking for a contractor to reconstruct the gas supply system in one of the villages of the region. UAH 111.2 million will be spent on this.

Meanwhile, in Vysokopillya, Kherson region, financial irregularities worth more than one million hryvnias were found during the restoration of damaged buildings.
