The Kyiv District Court of Odesa has transferred real estate assets that are part of the logistics infrastructure of the region's port complex to the management of the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).

According to the ARMA press service, these are assets that can be used to ensure the stable functioning of cargo flows, strengthen the food and energy security of the state, and restore logistics chains in the context of a full-scale war.

"Despite the constant threat of missile strikes and the naval blockade, the ports of Odesa region continue to operate steadily. Since the beginning of 2024, more than 46 million tons of cargo, including agricultural products, have been exported through the sea corridors. Against the background of the temporary inaccessibility of the ports of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, it is Odesa region that performs a critical function as the country's only logistics center - today about 80% of all cargo flows through its ports," the ARMA emphasized.

The agency noted that these facilities have already been inspected by its specialists and the next step will be an independent valuation of the asset. After determining its market value, the asset is planned to be put up for an open tender in the Prozorro system to find an effective manager.

Earlier, the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announced a call for proposals for the management of three hotel complexes in the historic center and resort area of Odesa.

The agency also announced a tender for the selection of legal entities to take measures to organize the sale of the seized USKO MFU, which was transferred to ARMA's management by the decision of the Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv.
