Construction of a new outpatient clinic planned in Mykolaiv region for seven million

In the Mykolaiv region, they decided to build a new outpatient clinic for general family medicine. It is planned to spend more than seven million hryvnias from the budget.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Prozorro e-procurement system.

The customer of the work was the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction and Support of Development Projects of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration. The procurement envisages the procurement of works for the new construction of a general practice outpatient clinic in Mostove village, Domanivsky district, Mykolaiv region.

The auction is scheduled to start on October 10. The expected value of the procurement is UAH 7 million 718 thousand 854.

The minimum price reduction step is UAH 77 thousand 188. The amount of the tender bid security is UAH 23,150. No security is required for the procurement contract performance.

The procuring entity may provide the contractor with an advance payment of up to 30% of the annual work scope. The customer will pay for the work performed in stages, as the earmarked funds are received from the budget.

According to the tender documents, the construction and installation works are to be completed by 31 December 2024, or until the parties have fully fulfilled their contractual obligations. The participant must provide a license for construction activities issued in its name.

Mykolaiv also plans to install a solar power plant on the roof of the hospital. Almost UAH 150 thousand was allocated for the development of the project. The work was commissioned by the Department of Energy, Energy Saving and Innovative Technologies. It is planned to install a hybrid solar power plant for its own use on the roof of the City Emergency Hospital building.

In addition, the region will repair the shelter, the construction of which was planned in 2019 and continued in 2024. More than UAH 19 million was allocated from the budget for this purpose. This refers to the repair of the radiation shelter of the Stepkivska school, which was not completed in 2023.

Recently, in Mykolaiv, the repair of a shelter at a lyceum was awarded to a company that was accused of corruption and large-scale tax evasion. The tender amounted to more than UAH 90 million.
