In Chornomorsk, Odesa region, the buildings and facilities of a plant for the production of instant coffee and coffee products have been put up for sale again. The facility is located at 14-A Promyslova Street.
The auction is being organized by the State Enterprise SETAM of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine through the OpenMarket electronic trading system.
Theauction is scheduled for May 12. The starting price of the lot is UAH 78.48 million. The facility includes an eight-storey industrial building with sheds covering an area of over 7.6 thousand square meters, as well as auxiliary structures: a pumping station, fencing, a cooling tower, water and sludge tanks, an artesian well, etc.
It is important to note that the land plot under the plant is not for sale - the lot includes only buildings and structures.
The plant is owned by Ukrkava LLC, which is in bankruptcy proceedings. The largest creditor is the state-owned Oschadbank.
The plant for the production of instant coffee and coffee products in Chornomorsk was initially tried to be sold in September 2020, when the starting price was half that of UAH 41.95 million.
Earlier, the regional office of the State Property Fund put up for sale the only property complex of the Odesa Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise.
The auction took place on November 8 with a starting price of UAH 46 million 378 thousand 484 and was attended by two companies - City Trade Dnipro Limited Liability Company and Alfa Bionic Limited Liability Company. The winner was the latter, which offered UAH 53.5 million for the company.
The National Bank of Ukraine also put up for auction an integral property complex located in Odesa at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.
