He was sentenced to a fine of three thousand non-taxable minimum incomes, amounting to 51,000 hryvnias.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>According to the investigation, the defendant approached an acquaintance who had access to information about conscripts who were subject to mobilization or were wanted in the Pokrovsk community of the Voznesensk district. From this colleague, he learned the surname of an individual whom he offered to remove from the wanted list in the “Oberig” system in exchange for money. The defendant named the sum of 500 U.S. dollars as compensation. To make his offer more convincing, he showed the man a screenshot from the “Oberig” system containing information about his status as a wanted person. </span></span></span></span></span></span>
<span><span><span><span><span><span>During their meeting, the man subject to military conscription handed over 500 U.S. dollars to the defendant inside a home improvement store in Mykolaiv. Later that evening, he gave 200 U.S. dollars to the defendant’s accomplice. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Earlier in Odesa, a TCC officer was detained on suspicion of removing someone from the “Oberig” wanted list in exchange for 1,000 liters of diesel fuel. The officer was detained after receiving 100 fuel vouchers, each for 10 liters. He was notified of the charges against him, and a preventive measure in the form of pretrial detention was imposed, with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of nearly 1.5 million hryvnias.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
