During UBC-2025, Boris Goldenstein, founder and CEO of ZEZMAN Holding, presented the current model of synthetic management, which not only modernizes processes but also reformats the very essence of business management. ZEZMAN was one of the first companies to integrate so-called synthetic partners into its system - intelligent agents based on artificial intelligence that take on managerial and operational roles.

Digitalization is not just a trend

ZEZMAN Holding is an investment and development holding company. The holding's portfolio of projects includes ARTVILLE, URBAN MARKET, and KEKS, as well as the new cottage community Gross Liebental. By creating projects based on the principles of the Phygital Ecosystem, the company aims to provide a new civilizational model of territorial development that will help Ukraine join the list of developed European countries.

ZEZMAN Holding's transformation is centered on three key areas that determine the dynamics of change: the digitalization of client processes, the digitalization of the ZEZMAN community, and the integration of synthetic workers into teamwork.

The first area - the digitalization of customer experience - involves creating convenient digital interfaces for residents, investors and partners. In 2022, the company launched the ZEZMAN Web platform, which was the first step in digital transformation. In 2023, ZEZMAN bot was introduced - an intelligent assistant for prompt interaction with customers. And in 2024, the ZEZMAN App mobile application was launched, allowing you to manage almost all customer services in a few clicks.

The second area is the digitalization of the ZEZMAN community. Today, the holding's digital base includes about 8,000 residents, including residents, investors, and company representatives. About 5000 users regularly visit the website for communication and service management. More than 3000 people actively use ZEZMAN bot, in particular to pay bills and order services. And the mobile app has already attracted 903 users, which indicates the rapid growth of digital interaction.

The third area is the full integration of artificial intelligence-based synthetic workers into the company's internal processes. They not only perform technical tasks, but also actively interact with the team, participating in strategy, communication with customers, and optimization of operations.

The holding is confidently setting new standards in the Ukrainian urban environment, demonstrating how augmented reality technologies, digital integration, and smart infrastructure can coexist harmoniously with modern architecture. Thanks to such solutions, ZEZMAN projects not only change the appearance of urban space but also create a new quality of life for residents. As a result, the company received an award in the Phygital Reality Leader category at the Ukrainian architectural and development competition "Creator of the Year - 25", which indicates the real implementation of the Phygital Ecosystem principles to create sustainable and harmonious cities of the future.

Digital employees

Digital employees not only perform tasks, but also actively formulate strategies, make decisions, and optimize work processes. All of this creates an effective interaction between the physical actions of employees and digital tools managed by AI.

Among these AI partners is Berel, which acts as a new generation executive focused on strategic decisions. Rebeca is responsible for direct sales and customer interaction. David helps partners adapt to ZEZMAN's internal standards. Joseph advises on legal issues on a daily basis and monitors compliance with legal regulations. And Avraham participates in large transactions, forming the company's strategic vision together with top management.

The integration of these intelligent agents has not only improved the company's operations, but has become the basis for achieving international-level results in productivity and management quality. ZEZMAN proves that when artificial intelligence works in tandem with the phygital model, businesses gain a real competitive advantage today.

Research.

In recent years, more and more companies perceive artificial intelligence not as a technical experiment but as an effective tool for sustainable development. According to McKinsey, one of the largest international management consulting companies, only 8% of global business process centers have not only implemented but also scaled AI by creating centers of expertise. In the UK, a government project with Microsoft Copilot showed that support services save an average of 26 minutes per employee per day, and junior specialists - up to 37 minutes.

PwC's global economic research (the world's largest network of accountants, lawyers, and consultants) predicts a 14% increase in global GDP by 2030 due to AI. According to Statista, almost 60% of organizations expect the highest effect from generative AI in the form of increased efficiency and productivity

Studies of the impact of AI on developer productivity are also impressive: at Google, employees became 21% more productive, which correlates with GitHub Copilot data - +56% of task completion speed. Nielsen Norman Group records similar results: users of generative AI write 59% more documents per hour. This data proves that: AI integration shifts the balance towards intellectual capital - thanks to the automation of routine tasks, employees can focus on creativity, strategic thinking, and complex processes.

In particular, ZEZMAN Holding managed to reduce the time required to create proposals for investors through artificial partners:

ZEZMAN demonstrates that digitalization is not just a trend, but a holistic, efficient system that provides flexibility, convenience, and scalability in all aspects of business.
